A Second Round Program Introducing the Sector to Surrogate Engineers Held

A second round program introducing the sugar industry sector to 47 of the total 197 newly recruited surrogate engineers who will join Sugar Corporation, held on March 14, 2022 at Corporation Head Office`s Meeting Hall.

The introductory program was given to surrogate chemical engineers by the Corporation`s Human Resource Management and Development executive officers and the sugar academy director in which explanations was given about their schedule of theoretical and practical training program as well as continuous assessment before they start working assigned at various sugar factories.

The surrogate engineers got a warm welcome when they reached the Sugar Academy located at Wonji last Saturday and visited Wonji Shoa Sugar Factory on Sunday.

Meanwhile, 45 chemical and 10 mechanization newly recruited surrogate engineers of the first round have completed their theoretical training and are currently deployed to sugar factories for practical training program.
