Evaluation of 2015 E.C Performance and Plan of 2016 Held
High level management team of Ethiopian Sugar Industry Group and Labor Union Chairman evaluated 2015 E.C performance as well as 2016 plan of Omo Kuraz Sugar Factory and Projects last week.
The Group’s high level management team led by Chief Executive Officer, His Excellency Ato Weyo Roba has also paid a field visit to the Factory and projects including the garage and maintenance centers.
The management team during its evaluation session which was held from 16 to 20 July, 2023 has also held discussion with employees of the factory and projects.
Following the discussion directions have been given regarding the gaps identified in 2015 E.C and on how corrective measures should be taken based on facts studied.
Due attention should be given for issues raised by the employees regarding good governance, it was stated.
Directions is also given to high level management members of the factory to work hand in glove with middle level management members as well as employees to meet the target set by the factory.
To fulfill its production target, the beginning of the 2nd phase production of Omo Kuraz Sugar Factory 3 needs massive collaborated effort as well as follow-up and support of concerned departments, it was noted.
