OPEN NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING

Re-TENDER No. LP/OT/04/SIG/2016

1. Sugar Industry Group invites eligible & qualified bidders to submit bid for the procurement of Attorney Services.
2. Interested eligible Bidders should submit valid Trade Licenses for the year 2015 E.C., TIN, VAT and Current Tax Clearance, and Suppliers’ Registration Certificates or from the relevant government body.
3. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders during office hours from the address mentioned below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopia Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr) in cash.

4. Sealed bid marked as described in the bidding document and addressed to the above address must be received by the group at or before 2:00 PM (afternoon) on October 04, 2023. The bid document/proposal will be received through bid box or hand delivered. No liability will be accepted by the buyer for loss or late delivery.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the above mentioned date and address at 3:00 PM (afternoon).
6. The bid shall remain valid for Sixty days (60) starting from the bid submission deadline. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 10,000.00 (Birr Ten Thousand) in the original form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from any Commercial Bank in Ethiopia. The bid security shall be valid for Ninety days (90) starting from the bid submission deadline.
7. Sugar Industry Group reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
